What to do with the money and sponsorship forms

SPONSOR & DONATION MONEY You can pay the money you have raised directly into the W4CR account by Internet banking using the details below. State your name and venue as the reference (e.g. J.Smith, Datchet) so that we can keep account of how much each venue raises. You may need to abbreviate these details due to restrictions on the reference length. Write the date, actual reference used and amount paid on your sponsor form.
Alternatively you can send a cheque or cheques payable to ‘Windsurfing 4 Cancer Research’ with your sponsor form to the address below.
Please DO NOT make a donation via the general W4CR Just Giving page because there is no facility to record your name or venue and so enable us to account the venue totals.
SPONSOR FORM Ensure that your name and venue are clearly written on your sponsor form and any continuation sheets and that as many of your sponsors as possible have entered their Gift Aid details (name, house number, postcode and taxpayer). Send the sponsor form (or a copy) to W4CR at the address below.
A charity formed by windsurfers to raise cancer awareness and so promote early diagnosis and healthy lifestyles, to reduce the incidence of the disease. And through specific projects raise funds for cancer research, education and support (see Objectives in "about W4CR").
W4CR aims to increase survival rates by educating the public (through the windsurfing fraternity), with an improved understanding of cancer.
